Pam 253 Regatta Flyback

I actually purchased the Swiss Ultimate 253 with Sapphire Crystal and swiss movment from Trustytime. I had the crown guard/lever modified and it looks and runs extremely well. It is one of my favorite watches but, I am thinking about selling it because I am in love with the Radomirs at the moment but, I will never get out of the watch the dollars I put in. Andrew still sells the Swiss/Sapphire combo if you want one but, when you see the price you will gag:

I will say that I think this version is the most accurate and best movement available out of all the 253's that I have seen.

Yeah, that's the good version with the correct, fat, numbers. This is one watch that I would spend the extra money for the Swiss movement if I ever buy another one.

One thing that is odd to me:

How come all the reps of this come on rubber deployant, when the gen comes with carbon fiber deployant?

It's the gen 212 that comes on the CF deployant. The 253 gen comes on rubber.

Thanks for the nice pictures.
Swear I have seen a couple over at Panerisit that the owners said it came with a CF deployant, maybe you could buy it either way.
Gens of that watch are obviously hard to come by as only 500 were sold and they sold out fast I believe.

That Pam253 you got from Angus - how is it??? What's the difference between Angus's and Josh/Andrew?

Actually I just ordered the PAM 253 from Angus and he told me that his version is even newer / more improved over Revision 3 PAm 253 that Josh/andrew sell. I guess I'll have to do a careful "comparacent" when I get it....
