here are my QC photos. please chime in to confirm this is V4

Being still a pam dummy here I can only say the P /1700 is correct (you can actually google it and there will be a list showing how many units are made per serie), and it has the v4 mandatory Y incabloc (1st pic at 7 o'clock position, the one with the ruby on center)

As for the rest I can't help you, sorry. Others with more experience on pams will be able to help you better.

Both watches are very similar they have V3 crown, Y shaped rep Incabloc , acceptable OP engraving and .... V4 caseset
