Does anyone happen to know if a 7750 movement and dial would fit this case? Was thinking of swapping the movement and dial from an old sub into this but not sure if the 7750 movement would fit.

I know that at least the hands of an 7750 fit the P.9000 of the VSF 1024 and vice versa. Not sure if the whole mvmt fits.

I guess it would all depend on the thickness of the movements / dial and the alignment of the stem relative to the crown tube. Only one way to find out... Messaging you now S!

I've got a similar question....can a gen 024 dial fit into the stock 1024 movement?

@pf78 I had asked Goin and he said you might be able to cut the feet from the 24 dial and install it on the 1024 movement but the date window might be slightly off. He has doubts about dropping in a 7750 movement with dial in it. He is not sure if it would fit and whether the stem would line up.

Coincidentally I reached out to Goin as well, looks like the project is a no go unless I can source a 024
