Well, like the title implies, I would appreciate any feedback and commentary from owners of the KW PAM 531 model regarding overall performance and satisfaction. Any PAM359 owners are also welcome to chime in.

So here's my deal:

I've been swimming around in the giant sea of PAMs for a couple months now going back and forth as to which PAM do I really want. And I really want one. When I first started seriously looking into reps (and the forum for that matter) I had no desire for one. Long story short, that changed fairly fast :) After making extensive use of ALE's guide and Markie's PAMGUIDE I figured I want a sandwich dial, polished case and bezel which led me to the obvious Noob 111 v3. Then I wanted a datewheel. After looking at the 111 for some time it just didn't have thatextra "something" for me. So now I boiled it all down to the 531 and the 359. After comaring the two, I leaned towards the 531 because when I think of a PAM, I think stick markers.

If anyone has owned both models at any point that could contribute some insight that would be excellent. Regardless, I'm very interested in hearing your opinions with the KW PAM531 model.

Thank you!!

Regarding PAM359, please have a look At this thread i started a couple of months ago. Great watch overall that won't disappoint for a sec. Especially given the great price tag (Sead, a.o.) http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php?t=192855

Regarding PAM 531, that I recently bought: a beautiful watch as well, casual and chique at the same time. There's been Some talk on the recessed CP, but if you look straight onto the dial from above (which people are inclined to when they want to know what time it is, let's be realistic), you're sure to miss that small flaw (small, IMHO). I'm trying to attach a recent wrist shot here now -- hope it works, otherwise i Will try again in a different manner tomorrow.

Let me just add to that, that PAM531 is perhaps just a tiny bit more adventurous a watch, but in terms of overall accuracy, i don't have enough expertise. ALE and Kilo(wattore) might be able to shed more light on that, though much of it can be read on various sources on the forums already. Anyway, i'm more than happy with both watches. BTW strap on the 531 is a Simona sand mosaic.

If I was to recommend one over the other it would be the 531 no question about it. I just find the 359 a little dull in comparison.

Abba these shots are terrific. I do remember reading your thread on the 359, very well done -and a nice strap on that as well!
Thank you for the input, I think I know where I'm heading with this.

I started to feel the same way! Fantastic photos by the way, really digging the straps on both models. Thank you for the contribution.

I own both. If I was to recommend one over the other it would be the 531 no question about it. With a lot of cracking pams in my collection, I just find the 359 a little dull in comparison.

More than welcome Retrospex! Here's one more 1950 case for you -- this one I'm wearing right now. 351 on a Dirk Vacchetta Naturale... Good luck making your decision, but I feel you can't go wrong!

I am a proud owner of a KW359 and the 531 is also on my list. I must say that i have to disagree with norries assessment of the 359 being dull. I guess to each his own, but for me the 359 has always been an incredible looking watch and quite unique with the busy dial. The 531 is almost too busy, but it still looks amazing so i will pick one up.

That being said, i love my 359. I think it is pretty damn accurate and has been functioning perfectly (Knock on wood) since the day i got it. You can see my review and pics of the watch here:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php?t=184425 - hope this helps you out.

I would say - bite the bullet and just buy both watches :) u are likely to do it anyway in the long run so you might as well save on shipping

Very obvious difference, especially on the DW. The lume/DW colour should be around the same as the print. Rep is yellowish like 359 instead.

The dial print and DW bugged me a lot and given the titanium caseset, the watch felt like a toy on my hand.

The 351 was a quick C&R for me....

On the 531, that looks amazing so far, I reckon the KW version would be the way to go, since mvmt is soooo far off anyways.

Thanks for the pictures guys, this will be my next purchase before CNY in 2015.
