Andrew told me last night that if I ask for a specific courier (DHL or EMS), he will not be responsible of the delivery. If I ask for specific courier, he won't be responsible after he drop it. Quite different from what the OP's experience. Then or course I don't buy rep watch every month.

if you are in USA, go 4px man.. it was only an 8 day delivery.. usually dhl takes 3-7 day’s to pick up them it’s another 3-5 days so it’s really no different shipping time.. at least my last experience... I have two more in the way now 4px so we’ll see...
but I understand why he won’t give out a free watch if we demand dhl and then it gets seized...
im sure there are other td’s they will ship dhl if you’re that worried about it... I would just give 4px a try bc it really was fast for me.. We’ll see if it’s the same way the second time around...

Yes, this was my first order. I paid with Transferwise. The Credit Card bank on the receiving end charge too much. Do you mean Andrew accepts Paypal if I was a return customer?
I understand my recent experience might be unique. Just so you won't be surprised if DHL give you funny service. Also, maybe it is not that critical to ship our watch using DHL. Anyways, I bought a batch of mesh bracelets to try on my dress watches. Paid fair amount of money for DHL express 2 day shipping. They were supposed to arrive Wednesday morning. Today is Thursday and DHL still have no idea what to do with it. It was supposed to take one flight to DCA then my house. Now, it's been on two flights, NYC and arrived at CINCINNATI OH. There is no estimated delivery day any more. Every courier mess up sometimes. I think what we pay for is a lesser chance of being messed up.

Yeah dhl has always been very routine and on time for me! It will leave Cincinnati Ohio at 6:30 am and be on my door step in Jackson ms by 4:30pm same day... they’re like clockwork every time I’ve used them!
But this last 4px experience was pretty dang fast to be honest... usually as long as I have good tracking I’m okay.. it is when I don’t know where the hell it is or what’s going on thst I get frustrated...
this review caused me a lot of grief but I brought it on myself with my impatience..
I hear you man. Not knowing where the package is drive me nuts too. I am actually in this exact situation as I type. 4PX tracking has been stopped at JFK airport for the past 7 days. Now is Christmas. I really don't know when this new watch is going to reach me. Sigh.

Getting To Know The Place
Mine is sitting an hour away from me since last week and the estimated delivery is on the 26th. Like it's an hour away (next city). Really now? Usps and other delivery service are getting extra hammered this year Christmas from what my mail lady told me. The only package I am actually getting is from Amazon prime ha.

Oh dude, my latest package, they freaking sent it 1/3 of the way across the country in the wrong direction... it was supposed to be here a week ago.. now they say it’ll be after Christmas for sure... just ridiculous... can’t wait till dhl opens back up. I can’t stand using 4px...
I will say that every time I used 4px with TTime, it was a good, fast experience! This last time I ordered elsewhere and there 4px process SUCKS!!!!
no updates at all until it arrives at a facility in the USA... but it took well over a week longer just to arrive in USA...

I actually had the same reaction earlier this week when Andrew sent me tracking information for 4PX. I've had a handful of less-than-satisfactory experiences with 4PX logistics in the past year, so I wasnt very happy when Andrew sent me non-DHL tracking the other day for my latest purchase. I replied with a scathing email, which I later apologized for...
I reached out to a colleague of mine on the west coast (US) who does large volume logistics and freight forwarding who'd informed me that DHL has been going HAM on international shipments lately. Counterfeit goods are and will continue to be a focus. He stated that items with low declaration values, in particular, seem to raise red flags and have high likelihood of seizure at US customs points. They are cracking down big time. So that being said, you can either be pissed off at Andrew for shipping 4PX, or be pissed off when packages get seized and your delivery is delayed even further.
Having dealt with 3 different TDs over the past 2 years, I've had tremendous experience dealing with Andrew/Trusty over 10 different purchases this year alone. So I'm willing live with 4PX's less-than-ideal transit times if it means Andrew doesn't end up losing product/revenue while more importantly (for me) ensuring I receive what I paid for.

Yeah man I actually have had really positive experiences through trustytime with 4px..
I had a “4px” Through Chazingtime But it always registered as “air-city post” and was purported by them as being the “slower” 4px way and only updates when it gets in country... Idk how much I believe that, but Andrew is just best. Ventured out to other td’s and found myself right back here.. he and his team truly do give great freaking service!
