Hehe no offense taken ALE. :D I know about your studies and I highly appreciate them. They are really astonishing contributions to this forum and can't even imagine how much effort and time is involved in every one of them.

But really can't get bored with 111 no matter how much I'm looking at it. :D However I think it's about time to upgrade to Noob since I have H-factory for almost two years.

No worries shelby and thanks for your kind words

I'm also grateful for your participation and contribution in RWI PAM Section

I think this is not the first time I tell you something like that. Isn't it?

PAM 312 - it has all the elements!
Sandwich
1950s

If only the lettering color were correct...

But damn, my 380 is a front runner for those days when I want light, minimalist, and something that I know will fit under all my shirtsleeves!

I'm thinking about getting a 243 - good idea? i got a 389, but it was too big (diameter) and a bit boring for me, so off it went. What about the 292 (what is the non-pig version of this watch)?

111 or 127.

111, classy, timeless and not too big

127, classy, timeless with a subtle hint of flash.

You can't go wrong with either one.

243 no doubt.

Try to buy a ETA 7750 (or buy a Hamilton with eta 7750 and switch it...) and you will have a lifetime pam.

I own the 111v3. Nicely made rep but I find it boring so aside from trying it on for a few minutes it just sits in the watchbox. For me the best Pams are the 382, 389, 359, 351, 346.

But the 233 has not been repped (at least in any decent quality). Otherwise, I would say the PAM348 or the PAM276 (both Tourbillon models).

I own a gen 233 - I just had to have one.

I agree with you as far as reps are concerned, I wouldn't get any of the low-grade 233s out there.

As far as the 127, the Noob and KW/V6F seem to be the best reps to me. I have the KW 127 and couldn't be happier.

As far as the 372, it depends on what you want. The overall appearance of the watch is most important to me than the accuracy of the movement, so it would be the Noob 372. I would much rather have a 6497 clone with deco-plates than the SC P3000, which has accuracy issues (gets faster once the power reserve is lower).

The same goes with the 605; IMHO, the KW/V6F is the best one at the moment. I have one currently on its way to me.

127 or 217! Ultimate beast of a PAM! If I would have needed to keep 1 PAM it'd be either of them! Pure Panerai DNA

Gotta say 164, it's the watch that made me fall in love with Panerai and the rep that's most often on my wrist (I have a 000, 438 and 243 also as well as a franken V6 TC sub).

I love this watch so much that despite the rep being very close to perfect I've just purchased a used gen which is winging it's way to me as we speak.
