The short answer is not really. The Miyota and the ETA 28XX movements have a different stem height, so the case would require some significant modifications just to get the movement to fit. The hand sizes are different, so you'd need new hands too. And you'd have to cut the dial feet off and attach it with dial dots to the ETA movement, since the dial isn't compatible either.

Damn, guess I'll just play the waiting game and hope for some factory to come out with a better version, thanks!

I'm gonna get the authentic NATO from an omega shop once it arrives... don't mind spending the $175 for the nato, its beautiful!

I mean its whatever you like more.. They are nearly the same watch, same movement, same general design, the bezel and hands are the only real differences... If you like lollipop hands go that route, or if you just love James Bond.

The original 300 has crap lume, but correct inner metal ring and unidirectional bezel. The bond version has better lume, bidirectional hour bezel (less of a purist in terms of diver watch, but is useful if u go on different timezone), however the bezel is wider than gen, and inner ring is thinner, not noticable unless you really look for it though. But if u wanna use the bond version with nato strap, id say buy the gen nato, cuz why would you use an aftermarket nato with your precious spectre. Just my honest opinion

Patience is key in the rep game. Don't stress too much about how long it takes, you'll just end up driving yourself crazy.

There are a few more steps before they can send you QC pics. Remember that the dealers don't have watches "in stock." Once they pick up the money from WU they need to order your watch from the factory, wait to receive it from them, and conduct their own QC. This could take a bit.

The good news is DHL is one of the fastest shipping methods, so it should take a few days after they ship depending on where you are located.

Not sure about the bracelet, I'd double check with them as some sellers were offering the "v2" NATO only. The gen NATO looks like a great upgrade though.

I have ordered mine from Chazing, too, and paid via PayPal. I should receive the QC pictures by Wednesday, I will surely share my experience. It is also interesting that I also have used DHL as a shipping method - but I guess shipping to USA will be faster than shipping to Slovakia (I guess we won't see our watches by the New Year, but maybe? )

Been wearing mine for 3 days now, still keeps good time. There is that known stutter around the 20 to 30 sec mark but thats it. Very good thus far..
