I've done some close inspection of the 8400 super clone. It is definitively NOT coaxial. Traditional Swiss lever.

Thats a link to a slow motion video I took. Note the Swiss lever style pallet fork alternating top and bottom capture of the escape wheel to the left side of the balance bridge.

I would have to see it in person to know but in terms of hour marker depth, the VS looks good to me:


Dial also looks matte:

I like how the hour marker lume is “two-tone”....ie darker yellow in places and pale yellow (almost white) towards the centre.

Yes grainy texture looks spot on.

I don’t recall my old gen SM300 Dial (same dial as Spectre being any more grainy). Remember a lot of gen pictures are heavily edited and filtered, so they look different from real life

Dial is stunning. Nearly 1:1. I notice nothing looks off with the dial and i was used to looking at gen for 18months.

Bezel ring is thin, as we know.

But lume is spot on IMo.

I love how the lume transitions from dark to light yellow.

Case, bracelet quality is spot on.

Movement winds very nice.

Bezel clicks positively.

I was concerned that this would end up looking and feeling like a cheap Chinese rep with fake looking dial ..... but instead i am blown away by it!

If the thin bezel ring doesnt bother you, then buy this!! The dial/hands/crystal all look close enough to 1:1 as a rep can realistically get.

Dial is 1:1 for all intents and purposes.

Sorry light is bad here and it’s raining....can take better pics tomorow but you get the picture.

Bracelet looks great. Somebody said the geometry is not a perfect copy but nothing looks off about the design/shape of the bracelet....so it’s all good.

Only the thin bezel ring looks a little off.
