The xtal looks really good best I've seen on a rep. This is better than the xtal on the ln zzf I have.im loving this .but I haven't been able to make the dial go black and green at the same time smoothy blended without a green stripe.but I'm gonna keep trying lol it's all about being in the perfect lighting

smoke The ZZF dial is nice, but do you not feel that the bezel insert is a little too dull in color compared to gen? It doesn't seem to have the richness in hue or color saturation of the gen.

here is my hulk with my gen bbb and gen sub fits in real good.so yeah people the zzf v2 is real nice best sub rep in long

I've compared it to gen ver briefly and I was not aloud to take picsand it's very close maybe a bit darker but it's still deeper and nicer than noob and arf inserts .but with the gen hulk in my left hand and the zzf hulk in the right I was stunned how close the green was on the insert and dial.the dial can blend deep black and forest green at once without a bright green stripe .I've not been able to replicate that on my zzf hulk yet so that maybe where the rep dial cant compete

​​​​​​But hell I agree you, even date wheel and xtal look good, I hope for everyone QC will be that good for long time ! I love the markers too, nice SEL, even rehaut alignment isn't bad

Insert look very close as the dial is ! They did a great job

Edit : best hands I see in a ZZF also

You need to press the insert in at the 5 position buddy. It’s not quite snapped in flush. Looks great though!

Insert colour aside, what’s the consensus on the pearl and associated surround.

I personally can’t stand VRf, nail, noob pearls. The pearl is essentially the soul of the submariner. If it’s off, then doesn’t matter how good the insert “colour” is.
