In all seriousness, Boss has the same phone, lol. Really. I use mine all the time and I have no idea when Boss uses his or if it's just a novelty. But it's Bad Ass and RCLC Approved either way.

No I use mine quite a bit. With the optional big battery you get four months standby and dozens of hours talk time out of one. Even the normal one is good for a month. Great reception as well since it has a real antenna plus at under 100 bucks it's no huge drama if it gets lost or damaged so it's great for trips into the wilderness.
Both batteries for the Motorola, the one that last 6hrs and the super power one that lasts 13hrs. The original "mars bar" (Siemens S4 Power) could nearly last half a day without recharge and it was tiny compared to what came before. Tiny is used in its most liberal sense.

I had the lighter gray colored one below, my first cell phone. I got it in 1993. Almost no one around here had a flip phone. Plenty of people had bag phones, but when I'd whip this fcker out people looked like I'd discovered fire. I'll never forget walking into a bar and getting a call on it and the waitress comes over and says "Are you a drug dealer??"
I got that bad boy at Circuit City, cost me a friggin fortune. I wanted a brick but they were more expensive and already well on their way to not being so cool anymore. "Fools!!" I said! If it's good enough for Gordon Gekko it's good enough for me!

I got my flip around the same time and yes I thought I was the Cats Pyjamas. Waiting for that call in the pub and shouting down the receiver. Of course don't forget pulling out the antennae with a well practiced flourish. The case was like a holster and it looked like you meant business. The Siemes was next but do you remember the StarTAC? I really thought I was the Dogs Boll@x with that one. But when the Matrix came out of course the 8110 had to be had. I have no idea where the Startac went to, possibly traded in for the 8110, but I know I traded in the 8110.
