Sold out a while ago, not made anymore by the factory. If you’re lucky you can find one on the 2nd hand market

I just took an our to graze this thread in whole, amazed at what this timepiece has done for many, including those who posses them. I seen several members with two of the same. I for one have just collected my second ploprof (will post pic) making one Swiss and other A2824. What mods or upgrades should I consider? Or maybe just leave as is and enjoy. Thanks

Jepp indeed you need the following things :

omega ploprof dial ( 400-600 bugs )
red Plastik button ( but the helson is Alu it’s better )
and the clasp

but it could be easy to see it’s not a Omega Ploprof
the case back cause in the helson is a hole to release

and in the original there is now one

So it’s possible to build a Franken watch on eBay you find everything !
Helson gots also spare parts like white Brezel or dial .

Thats ts why I thought
should I exchange my helson with some body’s Ploprof replica.

Cause if something broken or has to replace no one support the Ploprof but helson got every thing ?

End there is another cool feature:
the Brezel is Saphir Glas an it’s deeper ( so if the watch hits something first contact is steel
