I rejected my QC. Was I right?

of course yes! Completely off-center dial and crooked 12 o'clock marker. As for the date, I don't know if it is already starting to change at 2 and a half hours before midnight.

for the winding crown problem you have to work on the case, and I think it's very complicated. The best Nautilus 5711 you can get is to insert that beautiful dial and the hands of your PPF on a PF in addition to inserting a DW Keylog. The PPF you have to keep it so with its 2 defects, bezel with the satin part too wide and crown that does not enter the case.

Next time I buy a rep I’ll buy a PF so I can put the dial in it. I agree the dial is absolutely stunning!

the PF bracelet is also more solid. Anyway enjoy the watch which is gorgeous !!! Nobody notices the very small details, if not we rep enthusiasts )))

Reject the V2's??? Do you understand how this game works and that TDs actually have to go source a watch for you? Be respectful and ask the TD if they are ok to exchange for a v3, but don't reject.

In any case we don't know when the V3 will really be available, and I'm not sure you would be able to tell the difference between a V2 and a v3...

I mean, i did some research on morphius's v3 and watched the video. I understand chinese as well, the updates are not much. I believe I received a bad batch and hopefully TD will give me a better piece but I don't think it warrants a reject all v2s...

It just came in today! I have already changed the bracelet to a PF I had laying around. But I am looking at the bezels and it truly seems to me that they are just as thin as a PF. Tell me if I’m wrong though. As for the dial it definitely is more gray than blue but it is closer to the 2019 gens than any other dial. I also got lucky with the date wheel font being a little thicker, so I may not end up replacing the date wheel. Let me know what you all think.

I ordered a PPF V2. I ordered it using Puretime and it did take a long time to get my QC pictures. I ordered it on 12/20 and I didn’t get my QC pictures until 1/2. But I wouldn’t worry about them taking a long time, this watch is in high demand from what I heard from Puretime.

The Miyota 9015 used in this watch is a modified version. The replacement is not easy so you will need to modify it (cut the bezel around the date wheel and deal with the escapement in the flipped position).

Anyway the decoration fits.

BE CAREFUL when removing the second hand, this part is extremely sensitive and very tight. I break the pivot on mine because I was trying to remove it as I removed in ETA watches. Now I want to buy a new watch cuz my PPF is dead until I pock this pivot out.

The dial misalignment *can* be fixed but it is a bit difficult, you will need to snap the pins and resolder them in the correct position. I think there is enough room for the centre hole since the shift is minimum.

The bezel does look better than previous PPF 5711 models, PPF must have changed the bevel angle on the sides of the bezel. The date font shown looks good on that particular date, make sure it is the same on all calendar dates. You already knew about the protruding crown issue before you ordered the watch so I think you made out well.

Finally received my second QC. Am I nitpicking or is this alright? The area/lugs around the crown seems a little rough around the edges.

Is this acceptable?
