My next project will be a 116509 blue beach Daytona. I remember seeing someone on the forum with a custom dial. I’ve search high and low, but can’t find the post. Does anyone have a lead to this dial?

Hi, @2841 . I’m searching for this dial from more than 10 years . I love this ( if it’s a copy is a perfect one ) and the green one . I have the 2 Daytona Beach M.O.P. dial, so the fuchsia dial and the yellow dial . The original one of this picture is made of a “FIVE FLOWERS” ( the top quality ) turquoise’s past , the green dial is made in chrysoprase . At now, I never found nothing of decent . If you are so lucky, please, alert me if you can . Greetings from Italy .

agree, the "yellow" and "pink" are a good attempt, the turquoise and green, albeit palatable, are a far cry

What I’m still liking to build is something like the blaken “6241” style they did a couple of years ago with the Bakelite style bezel and retro dial. I have always been a sucker for those vintage bezels. I am trying to figure out how to create gunmetal blueish hands for it though, to give it a more tool / industrial feel for the times. If anyone has suggestions on this build let me know. I believe there were a few reps made but never landed one. Not do I believe they ever did one with pump pushers.

So I have been reading all your guys posts on daytonas and wanted to piggy back one to see what you guys think. I really like the 2 tone daytona, and probably has something to do with getting the full yg to be the right color. So finishing a 2 tone with blue racing dial, one of my favorites. Did a CF with deep crystal and a yellow MOP beach dial and I really like this. I bought a SWF John Mayer dial and installed it on a 2 tone. It's a CF with deep crystal. I don't think I have seen a 2 tone with the green John Mayer dial. Any thoughts on if you guys like it or not. I do and I am not one to be worried about people thinking my watches are gens or not.
