Get the AP ROO Diver V7 with a2824 movement. Considered a super rep. It's going to hard to find one.

There is V8 however comes with miyota movement and only flaw is with date change flaw.

I managed to order v7 on purrtime waiting on QC pics

I haven't seen it so far. But would also be really interested, as most rep cases with plated RG/Gold aren't that good and gold hands on a white dial just looks stunning.

Yes you can get the V8 with closed case back but when the date changes its unlike the a2824 movement . It should change anti clockwise

I have read almost every thread

@FastPaced can confirm as I have followed most of his posts and he is a huge diver fan

The Miyota version the date changes the wrong way.
Also there is some confusion on v7/v8 partly because of the TDs just throwing labels on stuff that aren't correct.
The Gen open caseback model is a 15710 and has a Non-Swirl dial. The Gen closed caseback model is a 15703 and has the Swirl dial.
That is how it should be for the reps also. But some TDs mixed and matched v7/v8 terminology. The best NWBIG/SuperRep is the v7 with the 2824 in it and is closed caseback. You can also mod this one to get it even closer to Gen (PM80 Low Beat, 1xAR Cyclops, Mikey DW, Etc.) Unfortunately they do not make them anymore, there have been a few turning up but the are probably rejected ones from before.
But no open caseback is considered a SuperRep.
