Thanks Moderators for the suggestion to relocate my frustrations with Ryan at InTime to my own thread instead of wrecking the other threads with my problems. I ordered a Rolex watch over 30 days ago on August 31, 2024 from InTime and have still yet to receive it or an explanation from “Ryan” stating why I haven’t received it. The tracking number provided doesn’t anppear to be legit in anyway for the United States. It says delivered - but, in fact, it wasn’t delivered. Everyone is telling me I got scammed in real life but everyone on here is saying I am crazy? I just want my watch that I paid $500+ for. And maybe - everyone on here is in on the scam? Idk.

Post here the URL you ordered from and the email address you used for communication.

It wasn't a suggestion, just basic courtesy and manners, how dare you spam others threads.

In on the scam?

As for your order, welcome to RWI (not the internets help desk)

Your order pre-dates your joining so you're on your own.

Whoever advised you to post your PSA on RWI, presumably for assistance, nope.

If you ordered from the correct website, you will get your watch.

If not, well, that's kinda obvious.

Yes, the many thousands of members here are also in on the scam. All for your 500 dollars.
But I have a complaint. I have not received yet my 2.6 cents from the last scam. Don't try to make fun of me OK? Or I will call my friend, Vinnie " the butcher " Gianzana.

I have personally ordered 7 watches from Ryan, over many years - some watches over 500 dollars aswell.

I have always received my watches in great condition and usually fairly fast aswell, only once did I receive a watch a good bit later then expected. also never had any communication issues with the team at intime the few times I’ve had to ask about stock etc.

I’m not saying what you’re saying isn’t true or whatever, but I can’t recognise what you’re saying from my personal experience.

Double check the URL/domain/email to see if it’s actually the correct one, as they sometime changes, and some scammers try to emulate InTime’s website design etc. via a different domain.

Either way, I hope you figure it out, and get your watch!

I'm in the same boat as Louisiana. I ordered my watch on intime06.co. It's has been 30 days since I received a tracking number. China Post received mail in Guangzhou on 10 September. The last update shows Aircraft Arrival on 19 September. Since then no more updates. I sent three emails to www.intime06.co asking if they can provide any additional details of where my package is but they have not responded. At this point I'm not loosing my hopes but I know from the past experience mail does not take more than 30 days to US. The email used when I received photos from Quality Control Team was InTimeWatch QC at [email protected] and [email protected]
I'm not worried too much about my $$ since I used my C/C. Does anyone know if I should quite waiting and contact my credit card company for the refund?

Ryan not a scammer.

Advice for everyone is to wait. Hard advice, It sucks. Yes 30 days is long but shockingly not uncommon in Chinese shipping.

In my experience (pure speculation) I'm leaning that one of his batches of watches got seized.

If it comes out that shipping batch is seized then you'll be covered.

Do not chargeback.

It may not be a straight forward post direct to you. There are ways and means of bypassing certain inpost hazards which take longer to get to you.

Like i said in my “story” about my experience with intime, Ive never experienced anything like this from them.
But have you checked if its maybe customs that have it? (Never had that happen either, so i dont know if that would happen at that stage tbh)

But since they’re a trusted dealer with tons of sales, i wouldnt panic - but i admit, i would worry too after 3 emails with no response
