Thank you all for your input. I'm pretty patient and will wait for another few weeks. I'm more concerned why Ryan would not reply to my inquiries.D

my guess is: he is dealing with many messages daily. which means he has to prioritise, meaning if he has posted a watch there is little point spending time 'managing customer expectations' because he may not have any more info than the tracking shows, so to respond is literally a waste of time.Thank you all for your input. How many times are you going to post the same thing ?I'm in the same boat as Louisiana. I ordered my watch on intime06.co. It's has been 30 days since I received a tracking number. China Post received mail in Guangzhou on 10 September. The last update shows Aircraft Arrival on 19 September. Since then no more updates. I sent three emails to www.intime06.co asking if they can provide any additional details of where my package is but they have not responded. At this point I'm not loosing my hopes but I know from the past experience mail does not take more than 30 days to US. The email used when I received photos from Quality Control Team was InTimeWatch QC at [email protected] and [email protected]
I'm not worried too much about my $$ since I used my C/C. Does anyone know if I should quite waiting and contact my credit card company for the refund?
You will do well here.I havent purchased yet, about as fresh as it gets on RWI, and I already know the following:
-RWI helpdesk as well as any TD is NOT Amazon. The US is a bit spoiled for experience becauase of Amazon I think.
-Upon purchasing I will be considering alternative shipping methods/tactics, present state of affairs in the world that may effect EVERYTHING, stock issues, order backlog, and of course,... humans sometimes "humaning" ( mistakes happen).
-I am engaging in business that has certain "unique complications" and as such, patience, practicality, and politeness is always best.
I know it is difficult when there is doubt, and doubt is never more present when it is the first purchase, with a seller that you do not (YET) know you can trust, in a business that has less "promise reinforcement" measures. Anything other than Amazon with feel "risky" these days but for every buyer posting about a "failed buying experience", (many not doing the proper research before hand) - There are , at least, Tenfold successful purchases.
Do the work,.....Act right,..... Do not Chargeback.
BTW, I dont know for sure but I can assume the chargebacks:
-Screw the TD HARD
-Obliterate you reputation, as someone that can be relied on to ensure the payment remains available DURING THE COMPLETE FULFILMENT PROCESS.
-Tells all future TDs or possible M2M sellers that if you, "Don't feel like the transaction is happening fast enough" will pull the rug out- Not a good look.
Like I said - I haven't even bought Rep 1, and for that reason I am researching all I can to have the best results. PLEASE DO THE SAME,... no one likes sad stories and everyone hates dumb stories. (entertainment aside of course.)
Listen,.. I know you are "scared", but what is the point of posting "I give up"? what are you hoping that post will do for you?I received another tracking from Ryan - which the 3rd tracking number I have had since I ordered. It appears Ryan is sending out a 3rd watch, but I have no clue which watch or if the same as in ordered as there have been no QC since the 1st watch. Idk - I give up.
