Wanted to drop a quick photo tutorial of the new M-Series Noobmariner that I just received from my supplier (a cheap watch this is btw).
edit: just realized I did not type in the dimensions for this watch, I have them in my basement and will update this thread tomorrow.
Please enjoy the photo spread.

Looks good, but the engraving is off :(
I know its a small detail that most wont see on your wrist.
But kinda kills the point of purchasing a M series watch if the engraving isn't right..
Idk why the factories can't make a consistent watch w/ correct engraving.

It's the same good old classic Noobmariner, with the added engraving.

Quite amazing price indeed... for a Sub rep that ranks right after the WM9 products.

I'm not a huge fan of the engraving though.

PS: If you can source more Rolexes from the Noobfactory, you should get the YM, GMTII 16710 and definitely Explorer II (black version). PM me if you have reference pics so I can help to source the best versions.

lol yes that is cheap!!

The best price ive seen on Noobmariners so far is about $99 so this is a smokin deal!!
(Noobs listen up and pay attention - Dont let the cheap price fool you)

You could even mod this with a gen crown and aftermarket bezel insert and you would have a sweet franken submariner for a couple hundred bucks. Thats awesome! Gone are the days of the $1000 frankens. I could have built 4 or 5 of these for the price i spent on mine :(

Thanks BT,, when I can free up some time I will get a more organized hunting party going in GZ. :) I'd love to take you up on this offer.

Yeah,, these at $69 are a great deal,, can sell them all day long for that and not lose money.. they cost around 300RMB.. so I'm up about $15 in profit

I tried to get them to put the SSD V2 crown on this but I'm being told that the tube is different and that it will not work. oh well ,, will keep trying..

Thanks G, but I have my WM9. ;)

But I'm a big fan of the Noobmariner. Instead of buying those crap wokky Subs members can now buy a decent 16610 rep for pocket money. I'm all for that.

Noob is actually the only Submariner replica that makes sense anymore (if you don't want to pay premium for the WM9 v2).

As I said... if you need any help sourcing/identifying the best Noobfactory models, drop me a pm anytime. It makes me happy when members get better reps.

I think I need one for $69 bucks. Is that with or without shipping?

I would like to see the maxi hands...or would that be inaccurate??

There used to be a LV version of the Nooby. Maxi hands & dial are only correct for that model.

I have reviewed the classic Noobmariner 2 1/2 years ago. The old arcticle is here. d4me's watch is the exact same one + the added rehaut engraving. Everything I wrote about this model is still valid today. However my photography wasn't quite up to the same level as it is now. ;)

I have read that review before, but it was nice to read it again. You are such a wealth of info for us Rollie finatics! It's strange how I nit pick some details and not others. While it bugs me the the rehaut engraving is not correct, I would absolutely love to have the incorrect maxi hands and the new style bracelet on it. Of course that's a fantasy watch, but that's what I would like.

I guess I can always buy a couple of watches and piece one together huh?

What do you mean? Gens dont have the rehaut engraving?

They do.

He means that the rehaut engraving on the Noob watches is non-symmetrical. Same problem with the otherwise stunning GMT IIc "Ultimate".

ROLEXROLEXROLEX should always match with the '12 '3' and '9 markers.

The flaw is not very apparent in real life though.

Check my GMT IIc and pay attention to the '9 marker and ROLEXROLEX on the rehaut. "R" should match with the marker.

Nice Greg. Very nice. I may be able to scratch up enough to get one me thinks. Have those CGs got even beter? Those look preety damn good to me.
Take BT up on his offer. I would sell the inlaws to get a top grade NF TT sub blue dial and at your prices I would just about get enough for them to get one :)

It's the one I have bought from Pam111.com (Paul), with n° 92117. So mine is a noobsubmariner. Bk was right when he said " Noob,..., Paul's so called perfect submariner" have the same case.
So the réf is F520117 for no engraved and MO 92117 for the new one engraved.

PS : This one is Asia movement and mine is Eta.
