on the gen can it be deployed, or it does it just open when under pressure. Basically asking in case someone ask me... "What's up with that helium valve? Show me how it works." [emoji3]

My understanding is that the Panerai HE Valve is an automatically activated release -- much like a water pressure release. When the pressure gets high enough where it may pop off the crystal, the valve is deployed and small particles may escape. In other words, unless your ~1,000 feet underwater in a diving bell and ascending with your buddy, it will not release in normal above sea-level activities.

Long time lurker, first time poster. :)

I just purchased a 364, and noticed that some here have considered getting the cannon pin flattened.

It sounds like the bezel pearl & cannon pin are the only real external flaws in this (maybe the shape of the triangle, but who knows). I also have a Noob 243, and honestly think that if the 364 can be modded to fix these flaws, it's a much better watch than the 243, which can't be modded to fix it's visible flaw (the width of the polished edge on the bezel).

Anyway, I'd love to hear any update or thoughts anyone had on this.

Also, how does the titanium age on these watches? Does it darken slightly, as other Ti watches I've seen?

yes, it darkens slightly. And looks just great on any dark brown/grey strap :)

Beauty! Who made the strap? I'm getting tired of leather.

Anyone modded a 364 yet?

I'm really on the fence about getting me a 364. I already have a 382. But is it really so Mutch bigger in wearing as some say?? I've got a 7inch wrist and my 382
Doesn't look feel overly big.

Can some guys chime in on the size issue please?

7.5" wrist for me, so size isn't an issue

It's a 47mm PAM, same as the 382. It looks bigger because of the bezel. I have a 6.25" wrist so I am sure your 7 inch wrist would be fine.
