currently there are quite a number of high quality parts noob 4130 daytona in china going for quite an amount and I presume they will "milk" this situation for a while..

Hey guys just wanted to share a quick comparison. I know many of you are worries about the "fake noob" i got one to check it out and there are some differences. Having them side by side makes it an easy tell. The EASIEST without having both is the pushers and the coronet on the dial.

Yeah the hands are nowhere near gen. Maybe it can be modded. Who knows. For the price its still cool. The noob is still the ultimate base to begin with to Franken.

No they are slightly recessed. Its not a bad watch. But its certainly not a noob.

Whatever that is, finally someone managed to make an acceptable dial for the 116506 with individual sunburst and the right thickness of the subdials.

Is it just me or the dial colour on the platona looks better when compared to the real noob? It looks more platinum and not as green, or maybe it is just the lighting.
The dials on these fake noob are better in my opinion. They did really good with the color on this one. Ive never got a rep of this one before for that exact reason. Im definitely going to get another one if these fake noobs. They're pretty good overall.

How much do you get these fake noobs platona for and where did you get them? The dial color looks spot on, but the sel seems like a big tell.
I got it from Nembo. But hontwatch has them and Li ar Jtime can get them as well. I paid $338 for it.
