Sorry, you should not be rejecting a rep based on this. Accept it and sort it out if it bothers you. I made a tutorial for this, you can resolve it fairly quickly with some cheep tools.

Thanks, can you point me to that tutorial? The timograph for this watch had +1s, 266 and 0,0 so prob won't find one with a better tuned movement. And the SELs look great to me.

You are seriously recommending this watch be rejected based on this photo?

That is absolutely not what QC pics are for

AceAri had a specific concern and posted a QC picture.

- I added guide lines to his QC picture to confirm than the bezel was misaligned and to illustrate just how far for him to see.
- I never recommended this watch be rejected based on this, or any other photo.

AceAri also asked "how many times can you usually reject a watch?"

- In reply that specific question I said, "Reject it until they get it right."

Then I said "You may have to wait a bit longer to get it right, but that's what QC pictures are for."

- I meant that the buyer should use QC pictures as a tool to reject a watch until they get it right.

I have personally reviewed more than 75 QC pictures for Noob and ARF Daytonas in this public forum and in PMs.

In those reviews I have rotated, compared, aligned, and enlarged pictures to try to make them read more clearly for the buyers. I have also added guidelines to help illustrate problem areas, or to show that there really are no problems, for the buyers.

I just post pictures to try and help members make a decision, I don't tell them want to decide.

We are all grateful buddy keep up the good work. We are all grown adults we can make decisions but we sometimes need support not all of us can make grid lines etc and as the saying goes 4 eyes are better than 2.Thanks M Scott

You have a good heart..

Trust me a lot of member in this RWI looking for the best of their hard earn money.
Not to compare to Genuine but to have the best we can get for that version of rep watch.
QC photo is useless if we don't know what to look for.
Yes, read more, get more info and knowledge is necessary.
But to say, Even the last QC you've comments, I can't see the misalignment if you're not stated or draw the line.

So i ask you to keep up good work and help people who need your help.

Thanks a lot Scott! Much appreciated. Still not 100% sure what to do. I'll call some watchmakers today and than make a decicion. Thanks again!

For newbie, they always need experts help.
Yep, that bezel is misaligned.
When I was new to rep world, I always ask my friend to check for QC photos in private chat. Because QC photos not allowed in here.
For now, I can check my QC and I can accept that this is rep, some minor flaws should accept. Because it will not 100% perfect like GEN. But bezel misalign I won't accept.

It is a new V3 with the correct (for a V3) updated "V2.2" dial.

- The 3 6 9 markers all look straight to me but the 3 is strangely a little low.
- The bezel is slightly misaligned to the right, at the top 60 triangle.
.

Thanks for useful info :)

Got QCs for two pieces. What do you guys think? The SEL looks good to me.

Looks good, but you better draw 20 straight red lines over it just to be safe

Lucky bastard, 2 pieces to choose from ;).
From my inexperienced view, I would definitely say the top one as the bottom subdial and 6 o'clock marker don't seem to be aligned.
Maybe I'll order from them next time as well!

You're right red1 , but some TDs do have Watch Smiths to fix small problems like misaligned bezels, or dials that are off center in a case.

Personally, I would just send it to you for a good service, and to have those little details really sorted properly. :)
