This one does not do that. Maybe that link is stuck.

Edit: I see how it's supposed to work now. Mine is definitely stuck or faulty. I may try soaking it in white lightning or Wd40, but like I said, I swapped it out for a glidelock.

Yes they are usually are hard to adjust, they do not move easily but they do work. It's really a great invention, if in hot weather u need a little extra length you can get it fast. Try some baby oil, works like a charm. I apply with an old toothbrush, then wipe clean with a paper towel.

rudy , does the lume match on the dots and hands ?

looks nice btw

Yes Sir it does....I will post some more pics this afternoon...Still has the plastic on it!...But Sead did send me a good example!...As far as i can tell all the dates line up in the window really good..(Not far left justified like a lot i have seen here lately) But the lume on the markers don't match the hands that well.(As far as it being in the dark and the lume matching all is great)..and this will be the first mod that will be done if i keep the watch...The crystal is better than i thought it would be...AR on the cyclops has been done really nice..
I'm yet to have a really thorough look at the watch in the natural day light...The main thing you got to keep in mind is..The watch looks a 100% better in real life...These pics you see here on the forum..don't do the watch justice!..The watch is really well built and feels solid..not flimsy like a lot of cheap reps do!..The crown is also very clear and crisp like eggroll explained
...i'm yet to look at the bezel numbers really good...i will post the rest of my thoughts later!

I took the clasp apart and worked that little hinge but I got it working. It's still really stiff but it does what it's supposed to (I'll eventually give the whole bracelet a soak in white lightning). I put it back on and it is pretty cool but I still think I prefer the uber adjustability of the glidelock. It would be nice if they would make a mini glidelock that is the same size as this one.

So here we are Noob Exp2
No matter the lighting the Lume in the markers are off white!
And bothers me in the worst way!
Over all!...The example I received is nicer in most I have seen! The dates alignment is good but a little low on some dates!..the crystal is nice with the AR on the cyclops..dial print is good..not a KH dial but got real nice text print on the dial! I made a special trip to the AD today ...just to see what I'm working with! The rehualt engraving is aligned really good! All though I find the paint on the numbers a little sloppy on the bezel..
They are engraved at the right depth ..but could use a touch up! I seen some where on the forum..someone posted that the CG's needed to be worked....just a little difference in the CGs but you really have to look really close!
But IMO the CGs they are so close they don't need the work. The crown looks alright! But the cornet is not as good as it would be on a Gen!

Sel fit is good for the most part clasp is good also! Need a dry lube treatment...the crystal sits a tad high compared to gen.
I give it a 8 out of 10 as far as accuracy ..the rehualt engraving is different compaired to gen. The Lume on the markers is a off white in color. The GMT hand is a very close orange compaired to gen so no need to re paint it..
IMO I think if one could get the Lume straitened out on the markers it would look really nice! It is the most glaring flaw that stands out to me!

I would think the black dial version might not have the issue with the white lume not being white enough....Can anybody report on this...I like the black dial version...but have to many black dial Rolexes already! ..So i was trying to change the game up some!
The next few days will determine weather i keep this piece or not...All depends on how it grows on me...and if i go as far to mod it or not!
Has anybody had one relumed? It would be nice to see one relumed before having it done?

Yes, I can see that the hands are whiter then the markers. Perhaps Cwazy can do a good lume job on this ones. Maybe the dial makers and hand makers are different factories? We all know that they are done in separate factories and come together to be assembled in the last stage in one other final location. Do they even know each other ? ............... Anyway, it is a big leap in the right direction, as long as you don't play chess with Prince Harry !

Yes sir you are correct...they have took a great big step forward as far as improvements on the watch...I wonder if one could find a white enough lume to match the hands and dial...But i have heard the term SUPER REP! being used loosely ! And i consider a super rep not having any glaring flaws that stand out like this off white markers we are looking at here!

My watch without mods done!

As you can notice at certain angles the gen Lume markers look a tad off white! But the rep is worse! I think they tried to capture this in the rep but it was a epic fell!
I give them a A' for effort though..lol!! Compaired to the reps we had five years ago! This is a nice watch!

Thanks for posting Rudy, I agree, I do not consider the white a super rep, as the version 1 had several issues too. With my version one black I would say no doubt a super rep. and with the improvements made, even better. I will do a complete pictorial once my black dial gets here. Should be next week.

The white is definitely a beautiful watch too. It is very nice, but between the two the black has the less flaws.

The more I look at it the more it bugs me. I don't think I can live with it unless the dial markers can be re-lumed to match the hands. Anyone know if it can and which modded can do it?

Otherwise it's going up as a C&R

Another thing that occurs to me is that maybe they got the black dial correct because they had already worked it out for the sub.

Looks good, but the lume color is not matched. It's more noticeable on white, but it's definitely there.

So as it seems the v2 has the same old Case as the v1 only change is the Lume Color more to the Gen Specs.
The Gen isn´t poor White! People think always the Lume Color is wrong :)
But it´s close to the Gen. The Gen has ChromaLight Lume that will be SuperLuminova W9 and the W9 Lume is a little Darker then the old v1 Lume.
I have Relumed many Exp.II and the first impression of all was... Hmmm the Lume is too Dark... No it isn´t...

If you check the Lume with an SubC you will see it is the same Lume. The Main prob btw the Rep and Gen is the Color of the Dial.
The White of the Gen Dial is different.

So the v2 looks not bad as far as i can see...

Woot would be more interesting is an nice sharp Shot of the Rehaut... If they have change the Rehaut or not...

I have seen TD Pics where they have use the old Noob v1 or new v3 Rehaut. And that would be an really great update.

Hope that Rudy can make me an nice Pic of it?!?!?!!! :)
