Does anyone know if Gen Tube will fit on the Noob Daytona or will it require retapping/rethreading?

It will not fit, it will require a new cut

… why do you say a service is not needed? I'm like the others,
I think that a serviced watch should be much cleaner after a service, so in theory it should last more (my gen Rolex receive a service once every ten years or more and they works perfectly but they are gen). But I realize a service could be a sort of "stress" for a mechanism that can't be perfect as the gen one…

I just want to add some side-info here:
RLX says.................do service intervals
BREITLING says.....do service intervals
OMEGA says..........do service when needed

So as guru said, as long as it works it works; and quality is definetely on a different level nowadays.

Received QC from my noob white in steel... the tachymetre looks unaligned at 6 and 9 o clock... should I send this back? For the price paid I should be a bit picky. I have also seen there are gen bezels unaligned so I’m unsure. What do you think?i

I just ordered a Noob myself, stainless/white 116520. Excited to see it, it sounds like some small modifications could have it working very well.

Question though, is the Ceramic 116500 black/black version generally accepted to be of the same standard?

It seems with the 116520, an ARF dial and bezel, along with a sanded gasket is an almost perfect replica (for the money), curious if this applies to both. It'd be great to have 2 of these in a passable configuration.
