Newbie - How to find best version of IWC IW371616

Hi All, this is my first post and I am loving the community and environment here.

Since I am new, I have tried to search and am not finding much luck on getting details for a specific rep - but I am open to suggestions on other similar models. Ideally I am looking for a IWC Portugieser Chrono and I really don't want to spend the $11,000 Canadian for a Gen.

Is the best rep the ZF? or would it be better to get from a different factory.
