Tried the alignment tool, so it looks like it may be the bezel that's not placed correctly. Thoughts?
My two cents: clearly the bezel insert, just look at the 5 and 7 markers in relation to the lugs.

maybe just open a new thread if you want to discuss your issue at length

Anyone have info of any TD's with current stock?

I've seen rumors of a possible ZF raid?

Hi all, I just received my Black Bay 54 from Hont. Really impressed by the build quality of the watch and the speed of Hont. However, there is one major annoyance and that's the T-fit clasp. I either have to remove one link and have a watch that is just too tight, or leave the link in and put the T-fit clasp on it's tighest position for the watch to fit perfectly. Unfortunately, with only the slightest movement of the wrist the tfit clasp starts slipping and within 10 minutes of wearing the watch the tfit clasp has slipped to it's loosest setting and the watch slides up and down my wrist like stripper in Vegas. I've read that some gens have this as well, but it completely destroys the use of the t-fit clasp like this, since the watch is unwearable with me having to adjust the clasp every 10 minutes. Does anyone have an easy fix to prevent this from happening? I would alreayd be satisfied if I could just lock the watch in one setting of the t-fit clasp.

I also had one shipped very recently straight from china via Sead
And I am absolutely blown away with the fit, feel and finish of this Rep

So much so that I cannot part with it despite the same issue with the clasp locking and unlocking

I think I'll eventually get a uncle Seiko bracelet once it becomes too annoying

But for the money this watch is a real gem!

I might give the half link from uncle Seiko a try, thanks for the link! It just sucks that this issue basically makes the T-fit completely useless.

Man, I hate to hear your having troubles with the T-fit.

I have a similar issue on one of my glide lock bracelets and because of it I hardly wear the watch.

Might make me not purchase a BB54

I recently purchased a gen bb54 at a fair discount. I noticed that the lume pip was also slightly off center and the watch is definitely not perfect. The reps definitely look close.

How is the quality of ZF bb54? Is it close to Gen? Do you have a chronic problem?

Dial on the rep is a good bit off it seems. Rep dial seems a bit flat compared to the gen. But the rest of the watch isn’t far away.

Received mine today. Bracelet is super sharp and T fit is a little loose but for the price it’s a great piece. I much prefer this over the bb58 in terms of dimensions and aesthetics.

im fairly certain this has been asked before. how far off is black dial of the rep compared to gen? the sunburst effect of the gen is pretty good tbh. it's kinda a dealbreaker for me if the rep dial is too flat.
