Like I said before, for this range of watch it's more suspicious what kind of car you have!both are nice reps. My 2 cents of course
YLF.
The car is not the issue here. What kind of crazy argumentation is this? Now if you had said house now thats another thing all together (tongue in cheek...) :bsmeter:
I confused the clock to another of much higher value. I mean, if you're afraid that people will find out with a replica of a watch of 30k, if you come down from a VW GOLF it is likely to happen. Clearer?
The whole dial looks pretty flat, and there appears to be very little sunburst effect.
Nitpicking though….
Since when is there supposed to be sunburst on this dial?
Exactly there is very little sunburst on the gen, SWF probably does this the best. The numbers are finished much better on YL. Maybe this is just my biased opinion but I feel like ZF makes the least accurate 3714, I really didn't get the hype around that watch
Maybe I'm missing something, but I say there isn't ANY sunburst on the gen white dials. There are some 3714 models with sunburst dials, but these aren't them.
I think the hype surrounding the latest ZF 3714 was mostly about the thinner movement, with better sub-seconds gear transfer, which was basically a clone of the gen 79350.
Ok yeah, I see what you mean now on the subdial depth. One thing about the gen is that there is some starburst though, below is a pic I took today off a gen. Granted not as prevalent as the ZF though. The subdials man. That's the biggest tell, look at the ZF and gen side by side and you'll see.

I have a ZF on order from Lucy and have asked her about this one and how it compares, I will share her comments when she replies. Looks like it also uses the same movement looking at the measurements.
To my eyes, the gen has a subtle sunburst 'effect' in the sub-dials - created by the concentric ring patterning. And this creates the differentiation between these and main dial itself. (I wasn't suggesting the main dial itself has a sunburst effec.)For me, this contrast is too stark on the ZF, and perhaps not stark enough on this latest version.Since when is there supposed to be sunburst on this dial?
