My friend you’re not having a lot of luck with yours, I’m sorry that yours is so problematic.
The helium escape valve should just screw in and unscrew, I’ve tested mine and it feels secure. I’d contact your TD and see if they can get you a replacement.
Also regarding your movement, the manual winding seems to be connected to the rotor. Does the rotor spin by itself when wearing the watch? Again probably something to go back to your TD about. Hopefully you can both issues fixed.

Initially that helium escape valve is good, and only the 2nd time I wore it, it chose to leave me..
I have contacted my dealer and they can't get any spare for me and I'm stranded with that...
The rotor spins when I turn the watch but it doesn't seem to be as good as before.
I was requesting my dealer for a 1 to 1 exchange and it's being turned down. I do understand where he is coming from but I hope this video could reach out to the founder of VSF, I'm just hoping that there will be an improved version to be introduce..
