Indeed.
It will be in my hands soon enough and I can take some pictures of the actual watch. Got my QC. Engravings are correct.
But what about the CP? The CP pictures I have seen are pretty bad. I'd love to know if they were just prototype shots. If the CP issue isn't fixed then to me passing on this watch is a no brainer.
Based on the QC I got, looks like the CP was not fixed. It was not a deal breaker for me so I still went ahead with the watch irregardless. I will post pics of the actual CP condition once I already get the watch.

one looked sunken another one raised..or am i seeing it wrong??
I dunno, maybe it was either use toilet paper or have 28/29 engraving on the movement. I would choose toilet paper too (although I got a nice black crocodile hide).

The TD probably had some old stock mixed with the incoming fixed stock. I hope you get QC pics to get the watch shipped pronto.

Unfortunately Schumi was still reluctant to come out of his surgery at the factory in time for travel all the way to me so I had Po safeguard the Ceramica with his Kung Fu skills.
It's probably sunken AND pointy (not flat) imho.
you're absolutely correct and this is absolutely a huge step back. This is like 2008 all over again. Do a search for fixing recessed cannon pinion and you will find threads from 6 or 7 years ago, when makers didn't pay attention to details.
Move along everyone, nothing more to see here.
