Just received mine, looks absolutely stunning. Tried to get a few pics in the sun to show the blue dial.

Adjusting the bracelet was a pain in the ass, but now that's out of the way and I can start enjoying the watch lol.

Why is it a pain to adjust the bracelet?

mine is too how did you manage it ?? I have a small set of screw drivers and the 1.4 or 1.6 mm just never fit or won’t catch in the screws I’ve even put WD40 on it to try and loosen them up but I’ve gave up

it fits ok without adjustments just a little loose but liveable if it becomes too annoying I have a gen bond omega nato so wil just call it a day and put that on.

Clean the bracelet in an ultrasonic cleaner, or if you can’t get one soak in in baby oil and then clean it. After you’ve done that try the screws again. But, file the screwdriver tip to fit the screw perfectly so it won’t slip.

I think my screw driver was also a little bit too small (I think 1,5mm). It was doable, but would've been easier with just the right size.

The screws were so tight, that I ended up removing the whole bracelet and soaked it in WD40 for a while which made removing the links a lot easier and the clasp now works better too so that's a bonus.

I've ordered it from Puretime 2 weeks ago, it was out of stock and I had to wait.
To be honest I'm a bit worried that 12 marker is crooked and it will be very visible with the vertical lines on the dial.

This rep was announced to be so good, that I really thought about selling my gen and buying the rep instead.
Now that I can see some pics of the rep in real life, I have to say that I will keep the gen(see pic). The rep is still good value for the money though.

Likewise, I too won't be selling away my gen for the rep. The gen is a keeper. This was one watch i've wanted ever since 2012 and finally got it last year. It's a beauty. No doubt about it, the new rep of it is good for it's price, definitely better looking than it was before.

Yeah. I'm not a fan of the new ones too. It doesn't look as timeless as the vertical teak ones. I feel it will quickly become dated. And the buttercup crown looks ugly.
