Great project, hopefully successfull. I was thinking why noone did a project like this especially with how successful the DWO project on the Patek subforum seems.

Would this datewheel also fit the SD43 then? Since afaik both use the 3235 right?
Edit: nvm forgot that the SD43 reps use an ETA based movement

But honestly, while we are all surprised that the printer costs so much, what is more scary to me is that there are so many gens out there that cost even more.

The numerals look perfect. Why does the background look gray though, is it just bad lighting?

@bettoban,

May be a silly question, so excuse my ignorance. you can use a 3135 as an overlay on 2824 (I had a Gen DW installed in a 2824 sub) The issue With doing the same with the ARF DJ41 was (so I’m told) because of its dials date window position. Hence the need for the wider 3235 DW. If a regular 3135 DW wouldn’t work as an overlay, why would a regular 2824 work in the DJ41
