The latest SW and Buff dial are different at 25 and 35 minute markers dots at least. Also the 6 o'clock marker may be wider on Buff's dial but I'm not absolutely sure about it. Nevertheless, Buff might re-use the stock PPF v2 dial.

The dial of @Neo_7's watch looks a bit more bluish than my SW.

Yes.. and also look at the font ..BUFF dial is more crisp and bold and in real life just make a big difference IMHO

Do you have a VVS one to compare with as well? It’s the darkest one of the lot, closest to black, with a decent amount of texture on the moons and stars

My installed VVS dial looks very similar to the darkest ones shown by @Keylog74.

the Buff dial looks pretty decent, although lack of large dots at 5 & 7 is a deal breaker for me lol. Makes it so much easier to actually read the time

This TD still haven’t updated the pinon mod.
The highest version mod for thr 5712 now is that they change the a gen spec pinon for all the hands. The TD selling now is that they clue a ball on top of the pinon. Which does not give the correct and look to the watch

I have a SW with same mods and it’s exactly the same color dial. I am wondering if buff is just selling SW dials under their name. I’ve seen several buff dials now and not one looks other than my SW.

Buff and sw is different. Look at the dial markers . Also the printing and dial texture is different. Sw quality is more gen. color wise i can not comment since gen have lots of different color variations.
Also , want to mention there is no such Buff hands or SW hands or vsv hands. There is just ONE aftermarket hands for 5712.
And sorry to say, the posted watch of the buff from popup have stock ppf hands . The easiest tell is the second hand.
The pinon cap is ball shape with silver color. Thats PPF hands. And the power and date hands , aftermarket upgrade is more bevel and 3D , stock is flat .
Here is the problem dealing with wechat dealer . You need to have knowledge of what is what. They always bullshit about what is done to the watch when the parts are stock. Just to raise the price .

They did an impeccable job on my 5712, just supplied me with a VVS moon disk because I decided to go with the darker color, and are now helping me with an engraved movement. So many of these WeChat sellers end up charging the same, for a shadier service. Granted in some cases it makes some sense but for big expensive builds I’m team CTime.

You wanna buy a $500 stock watch for $320? Maybe a WeChat dealer makes sense. Even then people should go with an agent like Pandabuy for some security and insurance.

U really just need to know what u are looking for. But as what i have seen from popup, all he does is change dial, cap pinon , zf or vvs moon and light polish. The rest is stock . But he will over sell bullshting with buff hands, deep crystal . Moon disc also have a few version. The best one are sharppie moon disc where the stars are printed from the bottom and not on top.
If you dont know what u are buying then i would stay away from popup. He is just a sales agent not a moder. He dont know much about the products. He just copy other moders pictures and sale them.

FYI

Buff dial layout is wrong. Check the spacing between the moon circle to the second circle. Its too far apart.

Given that here everyone is free to express their ideas in a polite way and spend their money as they wish .. the only direct and solid contact with the BUFF factory is daili98xing on WeChat.

Having said that, I was also kindly asked by him (WeChat Dealer for Buff) if he can get in touch with Forum Mods to try and become a TD.
