That's one thing I didn't think of, curved end for a V3. Hopefully will be OK with curved spring bars on that strap.

Can you clarify about the needing curved v3 end? Are the lug holes angled so a curved pin is needed?

V3 come with curved bar. Curved bar can fit any curved and non curved strap, I've tired it several time with non curved strap. The best option is curved strap then if not you can fit the bar onto non-curved.

Yes indeed, not much of a discussion anyway on that website. I'd suggest ZF would better have an eye on their assembly quality instead of making a V4 out of irrelevant details.
