Everytime I see a picture of this watch I think, why did they put such s beautiful dial behind such a horribly cloudy terrible crappy AR'd xtal. Thanks for unleashing the beauty.
Having a bit of an issue - hoping one of you guys an help me out. Put on my 5001 this morning. Buckled it up and on the way out the door, the deployant buckle opens and now it will not close. Does anyone know what may have caused this? Is it fixable? and if not, should i reach out to my TD to source a new buckle for me
When you open the Deployment, there are like 2 parts that is a little bent, one part is bent one way, and the other part is bent the other way. Get it? (damn, I wish I could write in Danish!
Well, you have to bent the thinnest part of these two a little more, (just a little), then it should work again. Do not try to bent the thick part, as it might brake!!

Although i must say i am slightly perturbed as to how easy that portion of the clasp can bend. Very strange.
That easy bend is one benefit of the rep clasp material! The gen is a work out to bend, plus at 400USD a killer price!
Which still is a steal compared to the AP Bracelet: 3,000EUR (yes, three thousand). :hypnotized:
Well we all know that AP is just fully over priced! WELL DONE AP! But it is more metal than a IWC clasp.... so USD/gram of metal they are close!
