Here is some quick overview of MKS vs PPF blue dials as seen in this comparison video:
https://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNDEyODkyODc4MA==
PPF:
-better crafted markers
-clearer dial printing
-date window font size is closer to GEN
-more comfortable bracelet
-lume on markers are white
-bezel might be fatter than the GEN's bezel
-dial is bluer and might not be as close to that of the GEN
-8.9mm thickness- thinner profile than the MKS
-lighter than the MKS
MKS:
-lume on markers are way too green
-date window fonts are too small and bold
-bracelet does not contour to the wrist as well
-clasp is looser
-dial is has a greener hue and might be closer to the GEN than that of the PPF
-9.5mm thickness- thicker profile than the PPF
-heavier than the PPF
At this point I would still choose the PPF. It is a better crafted watch with a thinner profile.
I would prefer to have whiter markers and better date font.
However, the white PPF would be a sure winner because it is just easier to get that dial colour right.
