Honestly i can't say is brown. It isn't fully black, but still no brownish.
For the first time since i've received my watch, i was able to examinate under direct sunlight (and in Sicily we have a really shiny sun) but still no brown

Your V1 pics looks very dark for some reason. Go take another picture in the sun and show here. The first time I got this V2 and brought it over to the window with the sun shining directly, it is brown AF. You gotta be colorblind to say otherwise.

This is my gen BB58, with matte SS bezel insert under Orange lighting. Didnt look like it had that tinge of brown at all.

the color on the V2 is definitely not Flat black.

The NTTD watch is brown. I'm not sure what's brown for some, but this is brown. It's not black, it's not grey, it's brown. Unless you want to call it chocolate.... Which is in a way is still brown...lol...

V2 is brown. Idk how v1 looks like IRL so I’m not gonna assume it’s color. The V2 pics you see spamming these past days, the colours are accurate IRL. Can’t convince you otherwise if you still have a problem with seeing any tinge of brown in all of those pics.

It’s all dependant on factory stock and what Andrew keeps himself. If he has nothing left he has to wait for next batch at VSF

Waiting on QC pics as well. But I ordered mine on the 20th so not too long ago. However I was told on the day I placed my order that they have pieces in stock, so not sure why the pics are taking a while to get to you?

Mine was around 3 days before he sent me the pics. It will take some time due to current conditions. It can be fast at times, other times it can be slow. Really varies I guess.

Definitely not brown. The V2 is improved, V1 has markers thicker than gen while the V2 is thinner than gen. Even the lume on the V1 looks flat.

VSF definitely improved the bezel insert on the V2 while for some unknown reason, made the Insert fonts thinner than it should be.

I can assure you V2 looks closer to Gen.
