Just received it! V2 in all its glory!
Having handled the gen, all I can say is this thing is spot on!

Not sure how is the V1 as I don't have that, but this V2 that I have looks pretty brown to me. I handled the gen once, and from what I can remember, the colour is very very close. VSF did good on the V2.
Wearing it at work now.
I had to reject one due to a misaligned bezel.

Well i have to talk that it looks really good. Magnifico. Even mesh bracelet looks really good.
Yes i know. But i want the closer to the best it can get... i work in the kitchen (when not study for collage) and 400 for me is big money... i saved 6 months to buy it... hope you understand

The mesh isn't accurate, but is decent on its own for what it is. Until a more accurate mesh is made, this will do just fine.
I was pleasantly surprised too that the mesh is brushed and has a nice matte finish to it.

Very jealous! Looks absolutely stunning, I cannot wait time get my hands on mine now!
Also feel rather relieved to see how the domed crystal does actually make some of the markers looks misaligned on some angles!

Well said, there are people here who love watches and do not have the luxury to choose without looking and overlooking QC pics,asking and over-asking, not all of us here have lots of money so we should be very careful on what we choose and approve . I am with you in this mate, overall i think this is one of the purposes of this forum. Lets help each other,lets help all watch lovers.We all are in this forum because we can not get the gens of the watches we love so we would like to get the best and the closest thing near the gen. Hell we are accepting the FAKE WATCH only because of that great love we have.For me just send all the QC pics you want,if other members do not like it than you may send them to me ,I would love to help you.
