All I understand is that the v5 looks so fine, I cannot tell which is Gen from the video :))

LE Left is gen, hour 6 marker length and some details can be seen in the video. I do like the colour of the bracelet in VSF more :))

i think there is still a big difference in crystal clarity, the crispness of dial letter printing, and duller red ‘Seamaster’ shade.

I know people are saying the casework (lugs and crownguard?) are still wrong, but i havent studied SMP’s enough to see exactly which parts are off.

V3 or V5 ? Are you sure the rep one V5
At the beginning of the video he compares the gen with the v5, you can see the weight of both and then he also adds an older version with a steel strap.
After this it seems that he continues with the comparisons of gen and v5 with the titanium strap.
But I obviously don't know Chinese.

Video comparing the gen with the latest version of VSF, V5

A translation of the video from what I got below.

The video compares an original Omega Seamaster 300 watch with two replica versions: an older version and a newer V3 version. The presenter compares the watches side-by-side, noting similarities and differences.

Here's a summary of the key points:
  • Weight: The original watch weighs 94 grams, and the new V3 version also weighs 94 grams. The older version with a 316 steel mesh band weighs 114 grams, making it about 20 grams heavier than the original.
  • Appearance: The new V3 version has a titanium bracelet, matching the original, while the older version has a 316 steel mesh band. The presenter notes that the color of the new version's watch face is slightly darker than the original, which is brighter.
  • Luminous Features: The luminous effects on the hands and hour markers appear almost identical between the original and the V3 version. The color filling within the watch face appears to be the same as well.
  • Details: The red accents on the hands are similar between the original and the V3, with both being raised. The center of the hands is hollow on both the original and the V3 version, though the hollowed area is slightly smaller on the V3 version. Both the original and V3 versions have a brushed finish.
  • Crystal: The shape of the sapphire crystal is similar, but the original crystal sits slightly higher than the V3 version.
  • Case: The case and crown details are nearly identical.
  • Bracelet: The mesh bracelet of the V3 version is very similar to the original with both having a smooth feel. The small pins on the original bracelet are raised, while those on the V3 version are flat. Both versions have solder points on the bracelet, though the ones on the original are less obvious than on the V3.
  • Caseback: Both the original and V3 versions have a detailed caseback with engravings and a similar finish.
  • Clasp: The clasps of the watches are very similar and both are engraved with the Omega logo.
  • Movement: When adjusting the time, the original watch has a lighter winding feel, whereas the V3 version has a slightly heavier feel and the winding sound is a little louder.
  • Overall: The presenter concludes that the V3 version has very high degree of replication of the original. The presenter notes that the only visible differences are that the crystal sits slightly lower, the welding is more apparent, and the winding feel is different. The V3 replica also comes with an extra strap with a titanium clasp with the 007 logo.

In summary, the video highlights that the V3 version of the replica watch is very close to the original in terms of weight, appearance, and many small details. The main differences are in minor details such as the height of the crystal, the finish of the bracelet, the sound of the movement when winding, and the feeling of winding the watch.

Mine is on the way to Germany from Andiot, I‘m really excited. I will post some Pictures as soon as it arrives 😍
I would love to see photos and hear your thoughts on this v5.
I'm waiting for the Chinese New Year to end and read some of your reviews to order it.

For me the biggest tell is the placement and size of the markers. The gap between the chapter ring minute mark and edge of the applied marker is starkly much further away on the rep.

I got mine from Andiot a few days ago anf I confirm you that the new V5 comes with a V3 钛 sticker on the plastic bag. Eliott explained me that it's was written "V3 Titanium" in reference to the mesh bracelet.
So, if my understanding is correct the two appellations are the same :
- V5 for the complete watch
- V3 钛 (Titanium) for the bracelet

You mean refraction. Perhaps, but the more I look the more I see it. The markers are too small this is well know and therefore create a wider gap between the markers edge and the minute chapter and it’s glaring. The new lume colour is too light too.

Yall have to chill on this v5 obsession. Reminds me of the time the ZF 15500 was updated with the 4308 clone and TDs called it v3 but in Chinese market it was known as v2 and people called TD scammers because the packaging said v2 not v3 lol
