Just in case anyone else is thinking that the canvas bag is a cool addition but not worth 100$ considering it will spend most time in the bottom of your drawer here is the budget "close enough" version:

The bag that comes with the watch is really not worth $100. I received a pouch with my watch and it is realy not of high quality (007 Logo and Omega Logo barely visible, middle part not stiched straight etc.). I Would pay a max of $30 for this thing from a TD.

The Aliexpress one looks like a deal.

Unfortunately mine has arrived DOA which is a shame, but these things happen (sounds like something has possibly come loose inside as it’s got a loud rattling noise when shaken).

One thing I have found underwhelming is the bezel, it’s simply horrendous, I don’t know if this is “like gen” but mine feels awkward to turn, it’s very hollow and toy-like (possibly due to it being made from titanium), and the sound... it makes my ears bleed (again, this could be due to titanium). Maybe I’ve been spoiled with the VSF 126610 and it’s gorgeous bezel action but I’d be interested to hear from others how their bezel feels/sounds (‘I’ll try to do a video of mine if this isn’t as expected).

Completely agree and I wouldn't even go that high. Coming from a TD my maximum would be $20 extra if it came with the watch and did not alter the shipping cost. And even then I would think twice because it meant a bulkier package and a higher chance of it being checked by customs. The way I see it this is a cool addition but let's face it, I can't exactly "wear" it. It may serve a couple times as a travel case but that's it, so it does not really justify to pay extra. It's like those Rolex cases, paperwork and warranty cards TDs sell. Sure, it looks great but will ultimately just end up taking space in a drawer because I will be keeping the watch on a display box along with the others, and we all know this has no warranty and you can't take it to an AD so all that paperwork is a moot point IMO.

on mine the jewel from the Balance popped off...last week suddenly the second hand stopped. Maybe it's the same... I ordered a serviced 2824 and change it as it was a good deal.

The Bezel feels like Shit when the watch is new, but i thinks its caused by the Titanium. If you turn it some times it gets smoother and feeling better!! Mine is rotating and feeling good now.

The Bezel itself is a bit loose, but that's normal.

i provided the watch to Domi for repair, as the rattle was really obnoxious.... Will report how it sounds after the fix as soon as i get my watch back.

With respect to the bezel action; Yes it definitely feels horrible, but it was my understanding that this is completely normal and gets slightly better after some time.

After Disassembling the Watch i want to share some pics for you all, for knowing how it looks inside the Watch.

Movement is Standard 2824 which sits in the big Deco Cover. A standard 2824 Rotor can't be used, because of tje Deco Plate. The Rotor is sitting higher.

On the Balance you see (or not lol) the missing jewel > reason the Movement stopped.

The HEV is secured with a screw from the inside preventing from screwing out to much. if the HEV really "works" i dont know. Didnt want to unscrew it as i dont know whats inside (springs etc).

I’ll be honest, I don’t know enough about the inner workings or watch repair, it’s possible that it could be a minor or major fault but I wouldn’t know where to start in diagnosing it.

I think you are right about the bezel, I spent some time rotating it today (5-10 mins) and it’s already considerably better than it was OOTB, it does have a little bit of play in it but I’ve purchased gen watches that have been worse.

I do like the overall finish of the watch but don’t know if I’ll chance another or possibly look for something else instead. I’ll see what my TD comes up with as a potential solution but theres probably not a lot they can do, it’s part of the chance of playing the rep-game I guess.

I just received mine today and I really love it, all is well aligned to my liking, bezel has strong clicks with almost no play, rotor is not that noisy, nothing negative to say, Andrew did a really good job for sourcing me a nice piece.

Was the same with my watch.

The Noise Comes from the Rotor, but not because it is loose but because the Rotor Starts vibrating for a short period of time after coming to a stillstand. Dont know whether this is due to the decor plate.

Maybe its the bearing itself rattling. Had this also on a watch some time ago. I replaced it with an eta Rotor and it was quiet.

The Deco Rotor is very very light, so i think the bearing is also very "loose" to keep it Spinning. Some oiling/greasing could do the trick maybe.

Received my Aliexpress canvas roll today. I can tell by comparison that the colour is much lighter than the actual replica version the TDs have, especially the innards of the roll. But it's also darker than the photos that are portrayed on the ad.

I have the greenish one coming as well with my name on it. Will post a couple of comparison photos once it's received.

Am very pleased with the roll as it's completing the NTTD package for me.

The quality itself is good. Standard A2824. I didnt find much dirt or Chinese hairs etc lol
I'm thinking about to cut the Decoplate out to get only the Movement Holder ring without that Deco Firrlefranz. So i could use a Standard 2824 rotor which would be quiet.
