A quick search turned up no Titanium mesh straps. If this isn't available as a generic strap I won't be holding my breath waiting for the rep strap to come out.

I have mine either on the SS mesh that was supplied or this basic leather strap. The brown leather works well in bringing out the tropical brown tones of the bezel and dial.

Try the strap selector on the omega site, it gives you a good indication of how it looks on different straps.

The Omega strap selector is a brilliant tool for trying out different looks, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to see how different styles look before they buy anything.

having read the thread i see mention that the V3 is 13.1mm thick, but when checking the likes of Trustytime, Intime, Kuvarsit and Puretime they all still list the V3 as 13.7mm, is this them forgetting to update the page with the new details, or are they combining the V2 body with the updated mesh strap?

No, yes.

Looks nothing like it and the weight makes the watch feel extremely heavy. I don't wear it with the mesh for those two reasons.
