It sounds BS to me. Markers on dials are usually fit into tiny holes that serve as guides to correct placement; glue is applied only to secure the markers in place. I suppose these guiding holes were drilled off position on the dial blankets.

+1

Totally agree, definitely bull from dealer, there was a obviously a major faux up on the placement of those guide holes on the dial, all those dials are all ruined already, glue doesn't even come into it, most markers to be realigned in this instance have to have the securing posts bend out of position to straighten them. Gluing is just added to secure hold. Really disappointing, they can go off now and drill the dials correctly before I'll go near one of these reps.

So Do you guys think its better to wait for them to fix the faults before buying? Have an order laid waiting to pay. But Im not sure now if i should wait or go for it anyway..

They will eventually get rid of all the rejects by hook or by crook...i.e. passed on to unsuspecting noobs or via poor qc pics hiding selective parts. Just be on the look out, batch 2 could be perfect, the one thing I will say with puretime is their QC pics quality are amongst the best (you can identify stuff clearly, unlike other dealers dark and limited photos!) and they will entertain rejections....some other dealers may vary on the above.

Do you really think that is the color of the marker at 6 and not just a shadow?

I've never had an Omega. I was thinking of ordering a PO pumpkin 45. But this one has really caught my eye. I like the case back detail. As a person who knows nothing about Omegas, I doubt I'll see the flaws. Is this one of those that's tough to size the bracelet ?

If it's like the CrPo then no, fairly easy. took me 5 minutes.
