Could be me, but I noticed this gen appears to have a little thicker subdials...

The 2016-2018 Gen Daytonas all have different sized subdials. So the back and forth really doesnt gain much.

These 4130 movement Noob Daytonas are beautiful reps. For the money anyone would be hard pressed to get a nicer out of the box watch. Find any sub 1000 dollar gen auto chrono that works and looks as stunning as these. Be it older or newer version 2, white or black. This watch is truly wonderful.

Cant wait to get a 116519 with the oyster strap

already bought the 116519ln and it’s stunning. If these new 116500 panda subdials are anything like the WG version it’d be difficult not to order one

Can anyone clear the recent confusion about the V2 edition?
Two major dealers (InTime and TrustyTime) are now accepting preorder for V2 edition of Noob Daytona 904L SA4130 and they are saying this V2 edition will be released in March 2019, but PureTime says there is no v2 update and PureTime says the other dealers are just saying it as V2 and PureTime says they are a false advertisement

In the meantime, very recently multiple members are here already receiving QC pictures now from PureTime and InTime. Are these recent QC watches already V2 Edition?

This picture below is the very recent Noob Daytona 904L SA4130 one from yesterday. Do you see any improvement here? Thanks.

What’s with puretime? Why can’t they check with Noob first before blabbing that there isn’t a V2 updated dial....?

It’s just a new dial. Not a whole new watch that’s why. If there were obvious case changes or something then It would be an actual v2. Looks like they finally ran out of the old dials and had to get new ones made. I guess different dealers market it differently. “New v2” sure sounds better than “updated dial”. Just my guess anyways.

V2 Updated dial

The Original Poster of this thread stated it pretty clearly....

Update of the 4130 daytona

https://www.intime04.co/rollie/5412-...et-sa4130.html

White one no imidiate changes
Black one significantly improved subdials

In January, a new version of the 116500 Black Dial came out.
Members on this site are calling it "V2", and at least one TD has listed it as "V2 Updated Dial".

The design of the Noob 116500 dials did not appear to change when the cases changed from 316L V1 to 904L V1.
These pictures are from the same TD's site showing the sub-dial changes to the Black 116500 Dial from 316L V1 to 904L V2.

The same TD is also listing the 116500 White Dial Noob as a "V2 Updated Dial".
These pictures from that same TD show very little or maybe no difference has been made to the Noob White Dial 116500.

Maybe this is why some TDs are saying there is no 904L V2 White 116500 Noob?

They should have written it as V3 or V2.5 to avoid confusion...????

The original Noob 4130 with the 316L case never had any significant changes so it was only V1.
When the 4130 904L case came out last fall, the price went up and it was listed as a new model. So it started over as 904L V1 in TD listings.

This significant change to the Black Dial in January, would make it a Noob 4130 904L 116500 Black Dial V2.

But all in all I must say Noob has done a fantastic job in improving the Daytona, also thanks to the nick picking forum members here that helped in the process...haha

Can Anybody tell me if this is the V2 version and is it looking good?
