I think DSSD is an unfair comparison because of the bracelet and glide lock clasp which sits flat.

If you try on the Jarno Trulli, Ginza, Bumblebee these will 100% be more comfortable because they are much lighter. This - from my humble experience. But yes, strap over metal any day! You should really try to pick up an XS strap for deployment and wonder why you didn't earlier!

Hah I took the deployant off after one day and put on an XS with buckle. Not out of discomfort, but I felt the deployant was too narrow and I liked the look of the strap better.

Narrow just like the DSSD bracelet. But the DSSD is the only decent Rolex that's the same size as my other watches so it'll have to do. I hope Rolex makes a new, better proportioned DSSD (or larger Sub/SD) in the near future, and we can get a ~43x15mm Rolex.

No actually. Watchbus OP said this is AR mineral glass instead of sahhpire crystal. And he is giving them away to his old customers. (Cost less than usd$5). Hope i can get one from him soon..

I'm glad to hear it's 2014 SIHH and not 2016 (even if it's just rumored). These new chronograph divers are ghastly.
