New Noob 2019 Sea-Dweller D-Blue ref #126660

I’m torn between whether the dial looks too dark (the blue) or whether it looks okay. It’s really thought to tell via pictures.

I hate to be the "Debbie Downer" on something new, but I've fallen for the pictures TWICE now on the 116660! The blue looks good on the site, but in person, TRUST ME, the 116660 is too dark. Don't get me wrong, the dial even with the too dark blue on the 116660, looks crisp, but, for me, just drove me crazy as the blue "pop factor" was just not there! (just my opinion, eventually, it's an individuals choice). You may not be called out on it, but it's because the general public has no clue. If they have changed the dial's blue, to "more gen blue" and that SEL space get's fixed (the SEL's between the lugs look correctly flush though), it certainly is a possibility! Excited, but I need to take a longer look at it. For me, I'm going to wait until we get some reviews in. So guy's if you pull the trigger, please let us know what you think!

I think we are okay there Spillo, the dials of the 126660 have the Rolex Crown in-between "Swiss-Made" The case back lettering is screwed on in different positions, movements are different, besides the cosmetic differences mentioned above.

The BP Factory has a stunning dial on their 126660. I own two, one with a New Breed high beat movement, and the other an A2836. I'll see if I can dig a QC picture up and post below.

I had originally been thinking of doing a dial swap with the BP dial to the Noob, but the BP watch itself is very similar to the Noob's I've had so I've changed my mind. Down the road I may just sell the "New Breed" high beat movement .

I did not get it from TT. I assume, as it is early on, whatever dealers sell the BP, some may not have updated yet. As I don't run their business, I don't know, you would need to ask them.

Sure, here you go. The first six pictures are the QC Pictures. The picture with the green background is a picture I took of this watch. This is the "New Breed" movement watch and it is working at 28800 bpm (I confirmed on my timer). I bought the less expensive new breed, as I've been experimenting with dials from different manufacturers, as I personally think the Noob and Arf are just too dark. For those that disagree, that is fine, I don't have a dog in this hunt, it's just my humble personal opinion. After I purchased the "New Breed" and was finally happy with the blue "pop" and gradient to black on this dial, I rushed and purchased the A2836 version. I wish I had waited, as I actually think the "New Breed" movement is pretty good. I was originally going to swap this dial into a Noob I had. I've decided to eventually sell this watch and keeping the BP A2836 as I personally like it. I'm waiting to see any reviews and some picts of the dial on the new 126660 Noob. So if anybody has one, please post some picts and give us your opinion.
