New Navitimer B01 Chrono 43mm BLS Releases

bringing back this thread ... if this isn't a good version of the Navitimer, can someone suggest a factory / version that they consider a good rep? I'm interested in this watch, have been for a while, and would love insight from the RWI community. Thanks!
I purchased a rep of the Old Navitimer II which doesn't have the sunken date issues because the sub-dials are still in the original 7750 position (6/9/12). The biggest issue is that they have the incorrect caseback as it is from the newer version. Also it is 41MM which is just too small for me. I would buy it again if they had a 46mm version of this watch!
