The Best Mark XVI ever made, 1:1 replicated from a genuine sample. Superlumed dial and hands, same dial texture as genuine, dial lume markers are the same size, shape and thickness as genuine. Same crown and crown tube constructions as genuine. Correct datewheel font, correct caseback engravings with matching outer case and inner case model numbers. Correct movement engraving as genuine. Avialable in calf and genuine croco leather straps. Video will be updated on 19th November. Pre-Order starts on 18th November and stock delivers in about 2 weeks.

I think it looks like a really great rep. The last version was already highly regarded, and this looks to have serious improvements. The biggest improvement IMO looks to be the date wheel, which finally seems to have been properly replicated. This is great since the same wheel font is in the Mark XVII, many Portofinos and the new Pilot Chrono. Hope we will soon see updated versions of these.
Also, the movement engravings look really good. I personally think it's a little scary that you can't even tell a rep by opening the case back. This is a big invitation to scammers to sell it on the bay as a gen. (However, they do that already with worse reps). With this version, however, I think several watchsmiths without experience in IWC could be fooled.
Only question with this new XVI rep is the thickness of the seconds hand, seems to be same as last version, which is slightly too thick. Only visible during side by side comparison and possibly the only tell. Also, the "Swiss Made" printing looks a little grey compared to the rest of the dial print. On the gen, both this and rest of the dial print is bright white.
