I am also disappointed with the quickset at 11 not being functional.
However, I still think these are beautiful reps and I think I’ll be purchasing once I have seen some reviews from members who have bought them.

Hmmm...in this video review it was also said that the yellow colour on the rubber strap and bezel is slightly lighter than the Gen.

But to have this rep is really awesome enough!
If there is a bracelet option would be superb!

Wonder what is the dimensions of the lug width?

Lug width on gen is 19mm.

Has anyone handled the gen with blue dial? When I'm looking up pictures of the gen, the blue tone comes across different in almost all pictures depending on the light. Would be curious how well they hit the blue tone.

The gen blue has a metalic vertical brushed texture. Color tone change a lot with light.

I have yet to see a video of the blue to see if the brushed is ok.

Sadly the datewheel looks sunken on all models, but on the black with white subdials it is more noticeable.
This is a big dealbreaker for me. I don´t like sunken datewheels.

Any note on the thickness? Is it still almost 2mm thicker or they fixed it?

Not a dealbreaker for me but they got the clasp wrong. Gen has the rounded styly not the v shaped variety. As far as the blue dial, on trusty you can see it does have a brushed look to it.

I heard from one of the videos from the chinese rep dealers similar to the link above, the most popular model is the grey dial model. The blue dial model colour was commented to be a bit different from Gen. I went to take a look at youtube on a blue gen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t4GsWXQtZk

It looks quite different from the pics from trusty. I think might be because of the different lighting?

Can check it out! :)

After years of hoping this happens and months of spamming the “get it repped” forum a factory has finally listened to us. It may not be a speedmaster professional but I’m excited!!!

It's a standard A7750, nothing more. I'm actually glad its not a 7753. That rep movement is problematic as one of the subdials is wobbly. Plus it has a quick date set function with standard A7750 ;)

I do feel like the release was misrepresented. They could have easily stated it was an A7750, and not an A7753 or A3330 (whichever way to was presented, it was definitely not as a 7750)

On the plus side the movement is easily replaced so there's that!

Today I received mine with gray dial. I have also been disappointed that we have been fooled with the movement, but on the other hand I am happy that all the functions are operational, except the fast date pass button, which in turn is changed in the second position of the crown.
The movement's rotor is a bit noisy and vibrates a bit, but I'm used to that by now. It's also quite uncomfortable to wind it manually - the crown is small goes a bit stiff.
I liked the finish although the color of the font on the strap is not as intense as the scale on the bezel and the hands, but overall it is a beautiful watch!!
