New EXPLORER I 214270 39MM BP

I am very new to reps.

I've had an Explorer II 16570 Polar, but recently let it go to help support family after COVID shut downs.

Looking an Explorer I, I am in Canada, is intime05 safe to purchase from and can you please recommend a very good version to try out?

The BP 2836 is a good start. I found the ARF 3132 have the most gen feel but the price difference makes the BP a better buy.

Any of the TDs here would be good (check their individual pages for updated websites).

I personally buy from TSWatch, though they are not a TD here.

Ask for more close up photos of the numeral markers. I had a friend who had lume overfill and rough edges on the numbers.

He also has the noob version for much cheaper.

Ordered a BP 904 A2824 ver. on Saturday, got QC pics on Sunday - but the "3" looks pretty crooked to me, so rejected.

I always assume these guys are actually saying "I just bought a rep and I'm wondering if you guys think I can fool people that its real"

If someone gives me a watch I'm going to assume its real. Is giving rep watches as gifts even a thing!?!?! I guess if its a fellow rep watch enthusiast but I'm not going to buy my mom a fake rollie for Mother's Day!!! lol

I've been debating between the BP and the ARF, mostly because I'm an ARF fanboy because of their bracelets. But seeing the difference in price vs buying an ARF bracelet later if I really feel I needed to I was ready to place my order on the BP.

Then I see that the Noob is only $258 with the 2824 movement. $100 less than the BP....

To save me rereading the last 9 pages can anyone tell me the good and bad on the Noob 214270?
