The right one is a (ETA)2824 Steam. It is very unlikely that it's from a 3235. :thinking:

Yes, the number 4 sits a bit low, the other numbers look pretty good aligned.
maybe he did swap it manualy, and maybe when it automaticly swaps from 3 to 4 it will be centered. You can ask geektime about this.

Asked him and he agreed it off and asked if I want a new one.

This is full QC pics. Last pic is a video with the number “4” I’m not sure there if it’s ok barely can catch it.

You're allowed to post QC pics as said before to ask a specific question which you did, but not to post your entire QC album, we don't need to see the bracelet and the timegrapher to answer your question. And no point either asking the same question in several different threads. Thanks in advance for reading and respecting the rules

And you could have posted that video too, but not the whole Album (especially not twice)

There's many folks who think they are smart and can circumvent the rules by posting the entire album without explicitly asking to QC, just in the hope that members will comment and give feedback nonetheless

I'm not saying it was your case but there's rules for a reason, so please don't say "all good" when you ignore them, especially after being here 3 years

I'm not trying to prove anything and not accusing you of anything, I'm reminding you of the rules of this forum that you seem to ignore, taking the time to explain to you what they are and why they exist so you understand their purpose, and others are not tempted to do the same thing.

Is prof xtal big difference from factory ?

Prof is a major upgrade to CF crystal. Worth imo.

but from my personal feeling, invest a bit more and go for gen. Its value.

I did the entire rehaut and used cape cod. Then buffed it with my dremel buffer. Super shiny now.

Interesting...did you buff with your dremel using a polishing wheel (ie cotton or wool) or with more of an abrasive wheel (like the ones shown in the pic below)?

Got it. The engraving appears to look really nice and bright from your pic. However, I suspect you lost quite a bit of the horizontal brush marks that the non-engraved areas should have if going for a gen look. Did you consider doing a final once over with some 400-600 grit wet/dry sand paper (to get the horizontal brush marks back)?

Here is my silver dial CF with upgraded gasket.

And here is the silver next to my franken white dial. The franken has gen crystal/gasket, gen bezel, and gen white dial.

Wdym upgraded gasket? The gen gasket is pure white as well. The problem lies with Cleans crystal and double bevel. You need a new crystal (Clark's, profs, gen, even vsf's) to get rid of that white milky gasket around the edges.
