First old, 2nd new. But I have to say that the old one definitely seems to be more sharp on where it’s fluted than the new one.

Yeah, I was really very happy with that. Now those people that might have doubted the brightness can relax and make up their mind to some degree.

Hey all, got my QC for the white dial. Confused about whether this is the updated bezel or not. Any help would be appreciated. Here is link to pics

some images for those who still have doubts about the updated bezels. If you know where to look it is very easy, it is not only the width of the bezel, it is above all the inclination and angle of each groove.

One thing I am asking myself is that it seems that the Rep manufacturers have trouble doing polished cases with sharp contoures.

Why aren’t they just making a DJ II then? They also would have so much trouble making the case as slim an the new models. And it essentially looks identical on the wrist.

Good question I assume it's just desirability, even if it's less good, they would rather sell the newer product (the current dj41 as opposed to the older djII)

Right. But if they knocked it out of the Park and did a realistic gen vs rep comparison, that would boost sales tremendously.

But I understand I state this from the view of an consumer, that hasn’t necessarily to be the best for a manufacturer/seller.

This thread really inspired me. I've never had a rolex (not really my thing before this, more of a PAM guy) but fell in love with the silver DJ that I saw in this topic.

Just received QC's myself from JTime for a silver one with the updated dial.
I feel like the Rolex logo itself seems misaligned? And the datewheel too.

Can any of the experts here please chime in? Any other flaws I'm missing?

If you think it's inappropriate here I can make a topic for it too, no worries. Figured it'd also be nice to have some more pics of the silver one here.
