This dial is excelent in my opinion, sunburst dials was always hard to replicate and this dial is very close to gen

Very nice first attempt with the Mint Green dial which is the one I have been waiting for. Like others have said, slightly more saturation and sunburst effect, it would be perfect, but zoomed out, it is quiet nice I must say and worth buying. I think if CF finally makes a smooth bezel + oyster bracelet combo with this dial, I will definitely be buying it. It would one of the ultimate smart casual option combo.

I think the green, looks very elegant (rep or not) even if I prefer the blue. Looks like the cyclops on this mint green has some lack or AR-coating and no visible glue edge like some other CF rep and gen has.

Just read almost this entire thread, happy to be joining the CF DJ41 gang (it’s in the mail, new, blue fluted jubilee) and I just moved an JDF/GMF with CF dial of the same configuration. That was a superb watch, and although I loved it, I wanted to go full VSF or CF, and I’m glad I shoes CF (decision based on Steve’s wonderful comparo)

So I’m going to be following this heavily, and appreciate everyone who has had input prior to mine here!! Thanks guys. (Just realized I don’t know how to post pix anymore…)

Here’s what’s coming (I see V2 hands and crystal, but don’t care really if it wasn’t, just happy to enjoy the watch that will be franken’d soon anyway)

I spent 3 days looking at the QC pix like a nut, and looking closely at the one pic in this thread a few days ago with 3 images showing the hands close up, and I gotta say bud, I strongly disagree with you.

V2 is equal size tips, or slightly larger on the hands, and V1 is tiny tip on the minute, per the aforementioned comparo (with the red and green lines drawn on it)

Of the 16 pix I have all look equal, or minute larger, depending on the lighting.

But, I suppose we will see when it arrives.

Per the pic I posted and a pic 2 pages ago, the easiest way I can discern the V1 and V2 is that V1 is square at the tip, V2 is rectangle. Like so.





Please correct me if I’m wrong, but this is based on info and pix in this very thread.
