I have a gen dial at home and I have ordered an ARF datejust with the exact same dial as my gen and the one you are referring to in your pic.
Will do a comparison when my arf arrives

I only know one that is currently servicing my franken panerai with a bog-standard 6497-1 eta movement. But I doubt they would touch finicky and fancy rep movements like the rep IWC Portuguese or yuki 3135
